It started with Fina, a Pittsburgh singer-songwriter at her best friend’s wedding in Tanzania. Over the requisite Pittsburgh cookie table, a guest mentioned that her husband back home was starting a band with his guitar buddy, Gary, and that Fina should be their lead singer. When Greg (bass) asked his wife if Fina could sing, she said “I don’t know, but she sure can dance!” He decided to give Fina a call anyway.

In true Pittsburgh fashion, Fina already knew Gary from Highland Park, but not through music. The other pieces came together in between pickleball games, where Greg recruited Adam on drums and Sarah on keys. Turns out that Fina was the trainer for Sarah’s grand-dog. So Pittsburgh!
